1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Loopi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NoodlWorks LLC regarding your use of Loopi.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with Loopi, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Loopi.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Loopi only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Use the App to process or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App's systems or security.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Use automated tools or bots to access the service without our express permission.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4. AI-Generated Content

Loopi uses artificial intelligence to generate action suggestions based on content you paste into the App. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated actions are suggestions only and are provided for informational purposes.
Actions are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of expert advice.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon any suggestions provided.
NoodlWorks LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
You should always use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.

5. Intellectual Property

The Loopi App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of NoodlWorks LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you paste into the App.
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our service.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

You violate these Terms of Use.
Your use of the App poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users.
We are required to do so by law.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Loopi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
NoodlWorks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated suggestions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes:

We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We may notify you through the App or via email.
Your continued use of Loopi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Loopi shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.
